Working with Lucy through the end of my pregnancy and post pregnancy I believe made a big difference to my labour experience, energy levels and recovery rate.
When I could no longer do the group classes Lucy provided a tailored programme to my specific capabilities, always giving me a good work out despite my movement restrictions. Since having the baby, Lucy has provided me with stretches I can do to alleviate and prevent any back pain as well as a workout program to ease me back into the gym.
I have been going to Training for Two for over a year now, whilst I was postnatal with my first son and then pregnant with my second. Throughout my pregnancy we took things at my own pace, adapting exercises in each trimester whilst still getting a good workout in.
I didn’t exercise at all in my first pregnancy so I was amazed at how much my body could do this time around with Lucy’s support. I highly recommend Training for Two to any mum with their baby or mum-to-be who would like to exercise in a supportive environment.
